"A happy non-surgical nose job patient poses in front of her surgeons"

Happy Patient

The trend toward minimal or non-surgical cosmetic surgery is being seen around the world.

And because the American Academy of Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery (AARPS) reported in its annual statistics for 2013 that rhinoplasty was the leading facial procedure, we notice a trend of non-surgical rhinoplasty being offered on both the West and East Coast and, probably in places in between.

RealSelf.com has some of the most honest, revealing and touching plastic surgery reviews you’ll ever read. And those non-surgical nose job patients have not made a secret of it.

Wrote Loloa2984 who had two previous nose jobs before going to Beverly Hills: “…the last thing I wanted was to go under the knife again….The results (of non-surgical rhinoplasty) were incredible. My nose now looks very natural and better than ever…”

Artsy23 received a non-surgical nose job in West Orange, N.J. because he never liked the nose he was born with; it had a hump and a droopy tip. Three years before that, he had a surgical nose job but was left with an open roof deformity. He then went to South America for a cheaper nose job, which was also botched. Because all the damage was on the outside of his nose, he turned to a New Jersey plastic surgeon skilled in delivering Silikon 1000 to mask gouges and low places on the nose. “Overall I am satisfied,” reports Artsy 23 who still has one set of injections coming.

PattiMcG17 had a Septorhinoplasty (a cosmetic nose job along with surgery inside the nose) but still could not breathe through one nostril. She then had a revision rhinoplasty but the procedure left a concave section on the right side of her nose. She also turned to an East Coast nose surgeon for non-surgical rhinoplasty.

She writes: “I am SUPER pleased with the results – and that’s only after one treatment..”

LuckyRose had rhinoplasty three decades ago from us in Beverly Hills. But she broke her nose in an auto wreck and allowed it to heal in the broken position.  Another 10 years passed and her nose just did not look good so she returned here and found her nose could be repaired without surgery, using non-surgical rhinoplasty instead. In yet another 10 years, she wanted more non-surgical correction to her nose and wrote: “(The procedure) was quick, easy and comfortable…I just love the work he (Dr. Kotler) did and am so happy..”
